Procedure

The procedure is the same for all eye problems. Treatment is given for two weeks, each time for five consecutive days. Patients receive two sets of acupuncture (30 minutes each) per day. The interval between the two acupuncture treatments should be at least one hour.

During the first week of treatment, we can see how the patient responds to acupuncture and whether it is reasonable to continue treatment.

Important:

In most degenerative eye diseases, it is necessary to repeat the treatment regularly (approx. 1 – 2 per year) in order to stabilize the result long-term.
